We are looking for a Clinical Manager II to manage our clinical staff at our Canton OB/ GYN Practice in Baltimore, MD. Reporting to the Practice Administrator at a comprehensive, multi-specialty site, is responsible for assisting the Practice Administrator in the daily clinical operations of the health center with an emphasis on managing clinical staff including budget management, scheduling, safety, environment of care, maintain adequate clinical supply level and the hiring, supervision, staffing, evaluation and discipline of Human Resources. The Clinical Manager II must demonstrate, through leadership example, visible organizational support and a positive attitude to create a positive work environment. Functions as the Practice Administrator in their absence.

Shift: Exempt - Full-time 40 hours per week
Requirements:
- Baccalaureate degree in Nursing. Experience may be substituted in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree at a 2:1 ratio. (Equivalent would 8 years of experience for education AND 1 years of supervisory/management experience for a total of 9 years of healthcare experience needed to qualify for position.)

Current Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Maryland. Valid CPR certification required upon hire and recertification required every two years.
- One year of healthcare management experience with direct supervision of staff is required.
