Registered Nurse (RN)
$100K per annum, plus mileage reimbursement
- Minimum of 30 points per week (anything above 30 points will be paid per visit)
- Drivetime - anything greater than 100 miles per day (not including from your home to the first patient or last patient to your home will equal one point)
- You must drive outside of your territory if asked to do so
- You must only perform SOC, ROC, Recerts, and Discharges unless asked by scheduling to complete regular visits
- You must be in the on-call rotation when assigned
Job Description:
The Registered Nurse is responsible for administering quality, skilled nursing care to patients from diverse populations, in a variety of home environments. The RN assumes responsibility for coordinating care with the patient and family, certifying the provider, and all members of the interdisciplinary team. The RN performs comprehensive assessments of patients and collaborates with the certifying provider to develop a Plan of Care that meets the needs of the patient.
