THE CLIENT
Our client is a leading Private Equity firm focused on infrastructure investments. They touched down in the US in early 2019 and have been swiftly growing ever since! The company has an international feel with offices across Europe, Asia, and North America. Their New York team has about 50 collaborative, professional, and intelligent employees including eight administrators! The NYC office is rapidly growing and is looking for an administrator to help redistribute the work! The admin team has a range of personalities, but what they hold in common is a fantastic work ethic and a drive to support those around them.
THE ROLE
Our client is looking for a Team Assistant to support five individuals on the team. The individuals include an Investment Professional, Associates, and Analysts. This is a traditional administrative role with a large focus on the core responsibilities.
Responsibilities will include:
- Heavy calendar management
- Travel coordination
- Expense management
- Ad hoc projects
- Acting as back up support to other EA's
THE CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for a proactive, highly organized individual with fantastic attention to detail who is excited to join a collaborative environment. This person will ideally have a couple years of experience in private equity as well as a few additional years in an administrative position.
- 5 -6 years of administrative experience, financial services preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Experience in a fast paced, intense environment
- Experience managing multiple competing deadlines
