Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain technical and controlled documents related to the quality system.
- Coordinate product sampling activities (non-laboratory), including receiving, storage, and dispatch with proper documentation.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries related to QA documentation.
- Review product specifications to ensure consistency with customer and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal quality initiatives and assist in audit/inspection readiness.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field.
- 1–3 years of quality assurance experience, preferably in the food, dietary supplement, or nutraceutical industry.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and client-facing QA functions.
- Knowledge of FDA food regulations, including HACCP principles.
- Strong attention to detail, especially with technical and regulatory documentation.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work across teams and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
