The Shuttle Driver will be responsible for transporting customers to and from their homes, workplaces, or other designated locations while their vehicles are being serviced. This role is crucial in ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining the high standards of our service department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport customers to and from their desired locations in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and well-kept shuttle vehicle.
- Communicate effectively with the service department to coordinate pick-up and drop-off times
- Keep accurate records of trips, including passenger names and destinations.
- Retrieve parts and tires as needed for shop from warehouse.
- Provide excellent customer service to their passengers.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies to ensure the safety of passengers and the vehicle.
