Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent hospitality and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Operate cash register, process payments, and manage tabs accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
- Handle food service as needed, ensuring compliance with food handling safety standards.
- Assist with catering events and banquets as required.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to maintain efficiency and quality of service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred.
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safety standards are met.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Must be of legal drinking age in accordance with local laws.
