Maintenance Manager

Food manufacturing client in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Maintenance Manager that will be responsible for overseeing and managing all maintenance activities within the organization. This role ensures that the facility, equipment, and infrastructure are maintained in optimal working condition to support efficient operations and minimize downtime.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive maintenance program.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Supervise and manage maintenance staff.
• Inspect and assess the condition of the facility, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Identify and address maintenance issues and equipment failures.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Manage and maintain maintenance records and documentation.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper maintenance support.
• Stay up-to-date on maintenance best practices and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance principles and practices.
