Description Of Duties/Essential Functions
Under the general direction of the Facility Director, performs highly responsible secretarial and administrative duties; makes independent decisions within defined limits requiring knowledge of departmental rules, regulations and functions; exercises considerable independent judgement in making determinations on various important problems which do not involve deviation from established policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements
Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to the completion of two (2) years secretarial or business college and three (3) years of secretarial experience, or completion of high school and five (5) years of secretarial experience
Requires the ability to type at a speed of 55 words per minute.
Requires the ability to take dictation at a rate of 80 words per minute.
