What will I do in this role with Judson?
- Perform a variety cleaning tasks in assigned areas.
- Perform carpet and hard floor maintenance.
- Move furniture and perform facility set-ups.
- Collection and Disposal of Refuse.
- Pick-up and delivery of supplies
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations.
- Demonstrate good customer relation skills.
- Must be able to read and follow written/oral instructions.
- Willingness to upgrade skill levels as position may require.
- Respond to facility emergencies as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience preferred (willing to train)
Physical demands may include kneeling, climbing ladders, reaching, pushing, manipulating stairs, talking, hearing, standing for extended periods, crouching, stooping, walking, lifting a minimum of 80 pounds, and repetitive motion. Working conditions include both controlled climate and all types of weather. Must be able to tolerate working conditions consistent with duties outlined in this job description; e.g. reasonable noise levels, dust and other particulate matter, exposure to a variety of cleaning chemicals and odors.
