Responsibilities:
- Direct all activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking.
- Maintain daily logs for pre-trip inspection.
- Verify and resolve any customer/shipping complaints.
- Maintain compliance with DOT/Federal/State regulations.
- Driver training/policy updates as needed to ensure safe practices.
- Ensuring constant best practices for Drivers/ Check-In processes/ performance.
- Negotiate leases with 3rd party vendors/ monitor cost of partnerships.
- Verifying departures/ routes.
Qualifications:
- 3 years in a supervisor role (transportation).
- Experience with routing, dispatching, and tracking.
- Strong knowledge of DOT/Federal/State regulations.
- OSHA Knowledge
- Experienced in negotiations.
