Job Summary:
This position plays an active role to ensure the highest standards of customer service on a consistent basis, including the successful resolution of customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly. In addition, this position is the "voice" of our company, protecting, developing, and maintaining our customer relationships.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a culinary background or a love for food and great data entry skills.
Responsibilities:
- Entering customer orders efficiently
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Create world-class customer service through excellent account management
- Work with other departments to successfully resolve customer issues in a timely fashion
- Executes duties to meet service level and quality objectives, including handling customer service escalations.
Experience:
- Clear and thorough understanding of World Class Customer Service
- Food/beverage experience a must
- Demonstrates sound business judgment and decision-making
- Excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop creative solutions to customer service issues
- Ability to present the product and the company in a professional manner
- Ability to maintain composure while dealing with difficult customers
- Excellent Customer Service skills with high energy
- Minimum of 2 years of call/customer service experience
- A passion for food "foodie" is desirable
