Position Summary:
As a Facilities Manager at Just Born, you’ll lead the planning and oversight of building operations and services, ensuring facilities run efficiently and reliably. You’ll manage external vendor relationships, infrastructure maintenance, security, fire protection, and groundskeeping while driving capital projects that support both operational and sustainability goals.

How You’ll Impact Results:
- Lead cross-functional facility projects, including construction, renovations, and upgrades, ensuring seamless planning and minimal production and office disruption
- Oversee maintenance and functionality of key systems such as boilers, fire prevention, security, lighting, plumbing, HVAC, power distribution, and other essential equipment
- Own relationships and partner with external service providers/contractors, utility suppliers, and acts as a liaison to City of Bethlehem, Bethlehem Water Authority, Bethlehem Fire Department, the utility company, and the insurance underwriters
- Partner with IT to manage and enhance camera systems and access control assets to increase safety
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as OSHA, FDA, SQF, and food manufacturing standards
- Spearhead facilities sustainability initiatives and projects for, HVAC efficiency, water usage, dust abatement, power distribution, and overall sustainability
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors, ensuring all work aligns with food safety, safety protocols, GMPs, timelines, and budgets
- Manage facilities budgets, including capital projects and building/grounds expenses.
- Oversee building security, key control, office allocations, and furniture installations.
- Maintain external grounds and manage service contracts for lawn care and snow removal across facilities.
- Partner with the Facilities Engineering Manager to ensure continuous support for operations.
