What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Technician position at Oakland Manager LLC?
The qualified candidate will be responsible for the cleaning of a commercial location and will work independently or assist Justice Cannabis staff, as directed, in their efforts to manage and clean the property in an efficient manner. The ideal candidate will be hard-working, reliable, a team player, and possess a great attitude. This position reports directly to the Facility Manager.
Responsibilities:
Perform all cleaning duties including but not limited to disinfecting and polishing surfaces thoroughly; vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors and carpets; washing and cleaning sinks, toilets, and washbasins; cleaning glass interior and exterior; and wiping and polishing mirrors, shelving, and fixtures
- Empty trash receptacles
- Fill all paper and soap dispensers
- Police the front and side of the building, including all entranceways, for cleanliness
- Clean and properly put away working materials upon completion of work, ensuring storage areas are locked and secure when not in use
- Provide assistance for all cultivation needs, including Mopping, hanging and switching out light fixtures, and some light flower work (leaf picking)
- Report any unsafe conditions or situations that require more intensive cleaning to Office, Site Supervisor or Manager
- Adhere to all company and site policies and procedures and report any safety hazards to supervisor
- All other job duties as requested/required
