Family Resource Specialist
JusticeWorks YouthCare is seeking a Child Services Case Manager! The Child Services Case Manager will be responsible for providing comprehensive case management services to children and families. Working with a team of professionals, you will assess the needs of each family, develop individualized goals, and coordinate services to assist families in navigating the social service system, provide crisis intervention, and help to promote positive change through advocacy. If you are passionate about working in the Child Welfare, Juvenile Justice or Social Work field, this is the job for you!.

The qualified Child Services Case Manager will have:
- High School Diploma required.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle.
- Pass current, applicable clearances.
- Pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.
The qualified Child Services Case Manager will:
- Assess and engage families in service planning based on demonstrated needs.
- Plan and implement appropriate interventions using evidence based and best practice approaches.
- Transport clients utilizing personal vehicle, as necessary.
