Overview
The administrative assistant - seasonal is a critical position to the success of our firm and our clients. This position will be full time January through April. With the potential for part-time work before January.

Duties

  • Print and assemble completed tax returns.
  • Scan and upload client documentation to the appropriate filing location and client portal.
  • Enter client notes in the Client Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Print and assemble tax documents to be mailed to clients.
  • Contact clients when work is ready for them to pick up.
  • Assist with maintaining electronic filing database.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as requested.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills - positive attitude and friendly disposition
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, ability to prioritize
  • Professional attitude, demeanor, and appearance
  • Proficient with Windows based software, Microsoft products and Google products

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Work Location: In person

Salary : $15 - $17
