Overview
The administrative assistant - seasonal is a critical position to the success of our firm and our clients. This position will be full time January through April. With the potential for part-time work before January.
Duties
- Print and assemble completed tax returns.
- Scan and upload client documentation to the appropriate filing location and client portal.
- Enter client notes in the Client Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Print and assemble tax documents to be mailed to clients.
- Contact clients when work is ready for them to pick up.
- Assist with maintaining electronic filing database.
- Perform other administrative tasks as requested.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills - positive attitude and friendly disposition
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, ability to prioritize
- Professional attitude, demeanor, and appearance
- Proficient with Windows based software, Microsoft products and Google products
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
