The receptionist is the first point of contact client’s have with the Firm. This role provides a critical support role in assisting other team members, delivering first-class service, and developing long-term relationships.
Job responsibilities include: answering the telephone, scheduling appointments, greeting clients when the come in, maintaining digital client files, order office supplies as approved, empty the trash, check the mail, and assist with other duties as requested.
Required skills/experience: Strong interpersonal skills, positive and friendly attitude; strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize; dependable and punctual; proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
Office hours: 8 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday. (closed for lunch from 12-1)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
