The Barista will perform all tasks related to food and beverage service at Stompin' Grounds Market in a courteous and efficient manner while maintaining a clean work area in accordance with hotel standards and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Knowledge of all menu items and general hotel information
- Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely, warm, and energetic manner
- Follow all proper cash, credit card, and room charge procedures
- Use automated POS system to process guest orders
- Ensure general cleanliness of work area in accordance with all health and safety standards
- Prepare coffee and fresh juice bar beverages for guests
- Professional demeanor appropriate for a luxury environment
- Basic knowledge of upscale food and beverage
- Previous barista experience preferred
- Previous experience in guest facing position preferred
- High school diploma preferred
