What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Receivable Specialist position at K&D Management?
K&D is searching for a long-term person to join our K&D Family and fulfill a role within the Accounting Department at our Corporate Headquarters! Ideal candidates must possess multiple skillsets including Time Management, Detail Oriented Work, & Multitasking Capabilities.
The position entails a Full-Time opportunity which would consist of Bookkeeping responsibilities over multiple Real Estate locations based all over the Cleveland Area!
Additionally, candidates are preferred to have previous Accounts Receivable experience as well as possess strong Computer Skills: Microsoft Office & Yardi Real Estate Software.
The position also benefits with previous knowledge of Accounting exposure but entails heavy administrative experience. We are willing to train!
Candidates should have strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to work with Property Management Staff. Organizational skills and Time Management in order to meet deadlines is a must for this position.
