Primary job responsibilities are to:- Develop managers and any direct reports to meet and exceed job performance standards
- Execute growth plans to increase Kaeser market share in assigned branch territory
- Oversight over all branch operations to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures

- Ability to support and train new employees
- Low employee turnover
- Consistent growth in sales and service revenue
- High customer satisfaction in sales and service support
- High customer retention
- Stable gross margins
- Execution of national sales strategies
- Responsiveness to national and key account service and sales requests
- Employees promoted to advance their careers
- Air studies (Air Demand Analysis or ADA) completed to goal
- Frequency of communication with Fredericksburg support
- Timeliness of customer follow-up via phone, email and in-person
- Detailed and timely completion of timesheets and expense reports
- Test grades on completion of Kaeser factory schools
Responsible for learning and following all applicable procedures and work instructions relating to the Company’s quality and environmental system- Performs all other duties assigned by the Manager
Education Level / Required Qualifications (as related to the job position):
College degree required, preferably in technical or business related field of study- Related work experience
- Must be able to travel.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Good communication skills/phone skills required- Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- SAP experience preferred
- Regular physical attendance at the worksite
