Duties include:

• Get your stocking sheets, Re-stocking sheets
• Get appropriate keys
• Stock your bev cart as outlined on the stocking sheet, check each item on your sheet twice, as you are responsible for these items at the end of your shift
• Always leave your cart locked especially when not attended, the items on the cart belong to you
• Ice down all beverages using ice machine from downstairs, and discard all boxes by placing in the dumpster area
• Lock cooler downstairs prior to proceeding to upstairs area to stock candy etc,,,
• Stock all other items as needed upstairs, papergoods, coffee, candy be sure to follow the stocking sheet
• Check any outing functions that ore scheduled that day
• Proceed to pro shop and look at the gps to determine where the majority of golfers are in order to establish the flow
• Check the gas supply in cart and re-fill if needed prior to going out on the course
• First person in that day takes Lake , second person takes Canyon, third gets Arbor, if two working, split the course between yourselves, communication is the key
• Always drive the cart in a safe and courteous manner
• Stop your cart when; approaching the tee area and you see players on the tee, when coming up to players on the fairway, carts are coming towards you yield the right of way as a part of courtesy
• Major selling opportunities: players leaving the green, after approach shots are hit, after hitting tee shots, whenever flagged down, use all of these to your advantage to sell as often as possible, remember we have a captive audience, go the extra mile, if they want drinks from bar, go ahead and take their order and give them a time you will return
• After selling a beverage especially when is warm, remind the customer when you will be back and take the time to sell them two beverages instead of one
• Always communicate with other bev cart attendants as often as possible so that you can work together to cover the whole course or whenever you restock they can cover your area for you as well as when you are leaving for the day
• At the end of the day, count out your stock and indicate the items sold on the sales sheet, Restock the cart, Lock the cart, Lock the cooler downstairs
• Add any items that you have restocked to your sales sheets, transfer any tabs to the bar, keep the copies for yourself, ring up your sales
• Make out the deposit sheet, fill out the new bank sheet and initial both so that we know who did what
