What Youll Be Doing:

Getting Hands-On with Clients:
This isnt a desk job. Youll be working directly with clientswhether in their homes, schools, or the communityusing ABA techniques to help them develop important skills like socializing, communication, or self-care. You'll be in the field, making a difference day in and day out. -
Tracking Progress & Adjusting on the Fly:
Youll be the eyes and ears on the ground, collecting data on how well clients are doing with their behavior plans. The better the data you collect, the better you can help your supervisor make adjustments to keep things on track. This is where your attention to detail and problem-solving will shine. -
Making Skills Stick:
It's all about helping people improve. Whether it's teaching a child to ask for help or working with an adult on life skills, youll be using ABA strategies to help your clients gain new abilities that will benefit them long-term. -
Teamwork:
You'll be working closely with BCBAs and other team members to make sure the therapy is consistent and effective. Youll be part of a team, but youll also have the independence to take charge and handle situations as they come up. -
Problem-Solving in Real-Time:
There will be challengesespecially when working with clients with behavioral issues. Youll need to stay cool under pressure, think on your feet, and use your training to de-escalate situations when needed.
What You Bring to the Table:

Education:
- High School Diploma (required).
- If youve got a degree in something like Psychology, Education, or Social Workthats a plus, but not necessary. Were more focused on your attitude and ability to learn.

Certification:
- 40 Hour RBT Certification (free) . If you dont have it yet, dont worrywell help you get the training you need.
- Experience: Any experience working with kids, teens, or adults in a behavioral or teaching role is a bonus, but if youve never done this before, thats cool toowell teach you the ropes. Experience with ABA or in a similar field is helpful, but not a deal-breaker.
