Job Description:
We are looking to hire a Clinical Recruiter to join our team and help us expand our team of therapists to help meet the ever-growing demand of providers. The role of a Clinical Recruiter includes sourcing candidates through job boards including, reviewing applications, conducting initial phone screenings, in-person or Zoom interviews and ultimately hiring qualified candidates to staff cases.
- The Recruiter will source candidates through job boards and will partner with case managers and admin to identify the staffing needs of the agency.
- The Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting process for high-volume roles.
- Create job descriptions and post job openings in applicant tracking system and other application sources
- Source candidates using applicant tracking database and job board key word searches (including, but not limited to, reaching out to prospective applicants and referral sources, attending career fairs and networking, etc.
- Coordinate all aspects of hiring (including, but not limited to, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, hosting feedback sessions with teams, following up with candidates, etc.)
- Provide a high-quality experience for every candidate from application to hire
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates
- Assist with the onboarding process
- Partner with HR admin team to tie up loose ends related to hiring
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate would be outgoing and driven. We are looking for a self-starter with the ability to take initiative and grow within the company.
- Recruiting experience preferred but not required. Other related fields include sales, marketing, customer service
