- Manage the full recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding

Requirements:
- 2 years of recruiting and/or insurance experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of recruiting best practices and techniques
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
