Location: Manhattan, KS (onsite)

About the Role

As our Graphic Designer, you'll be at the heart of our creative team, responsible for producing exceptional design work that aligns with our established graphic identity. You’ll have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, from magazines and brochures to web visuals and social media campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling graphic designs, as assigned, for print, video, and online projects, including websites and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the communications and development teams to brainstorm and develop graphic concepts that meet project goals.
  • Integrate online, video, and print communications with cohesive visual design strategies.
  • Manage the production process for print projects, liaising with vendors and overseeing quality control.
  • Organize and maintain photo and image archives and assist with photo shoots.

Requirements

 

Who Are You?

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who is collaborative, eager to learn, and dedicated to excellence. A qualified candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field
  • 2-3 years of full-time experience in designing and coordinating publications and web graphics
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a team to meet deadlines
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high design standards
