Program Analyst

The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies is looking for a Program Analyst - Role Players to support our government customer in Orlando, Florida.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must have expert and extensive knowledge in using Microsoft Excel, experience in managing, tracking and updating large data sets.
• Must have experience working directly with contractors/vendors in assistance of the government
• Must have in-depth understanding of the responsibilities of COR and how to best support them as a contractor.
• Must be detail oriented and able to adapt to quickly changing requirements.
• Must be able to facilitate, attend and participate in IPT meetings, taking clear notes on action items, schedule and key information discussed.
• Building and receiving contract data requirement lists (CDRLs).
• Reviewing invoices and forwarding for approval.
• Reviewing program contract deliverables for accuracy compared to the requirements set forth in the statement of work (SOW), performance work statement (PWS), specification and CDRL documentation.
• Annotating all discrepancies within a Comment Resolution Matrix (CRM) spreadsheet and provide to the Government.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Familiarity with the DoD Acquisition Process
• Familiarity with Range Training Systems, specifically Role Players if possible.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and notes

REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Active SECRET Clearance Required
