What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Analyst position at Kapili Services, LLC?
The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies is looking for a Program Analyst - Role Players to support our government customer in Orlando, Florida.
DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must have expert and extensive knowledge in using Microsoft Excel, experience in managing, tracking and updating large data sets.
- Must have experience working directly with contractors/vendors in assistance of the government
- Must have in-depth understanding of the responsibilities of COR and how to best support them as a contractor.
- Must be detail oriented and able to adapt to quickly changing requirements.
- Must be able to facilitate, attend and participate in IPT meetings, taking clear notes on action items, schedule and key information discussed.
- Building and receiving contract data requirement lists (CDRLs).
- Reviewing invoices and forwarding for approval.
- Reviewing program contract deliverables for accuracy compared to the requirements set forth in the statement of work (SOW), performance work statement (PWS), specification and CDRL documentation.
- Annotating all discrepancies within a Comment Resolution Matrix (CRM) spreadsheet and provide to the Government.
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Familiarity with the DoD Acquisition Process
- Familiarity with Range Training Systems, specifically Role Players if possible.
- Ability to facilitate meetings and notes
REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Active SECRET Clearance Required
