WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Create and put forward the image and reputation of our firm on a daily basis. When clients know about us – it will be because of what you do to make them feel welcome, listened to, and that their time is respected.
- Make appointments happen and make sure that any piece of paper that comes to us is scanned into our system and properly placed with the responsible legal team.
- Make sure our mail gets opened, sorted, scanned and sent to the right legal team.
- In short – if we look good to people calling us, visiting us, or sending us paper – it will be because of you.
QUALIFICATIONS
Made it this far? Great! Let's be sure you've got some of the following:
- Excellent computer skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Database programs; bonus if you’ve used Daylight
- A passion for a welcoming and clean reception area and conference rooms
- Ridiculously awesome attention-to-detail. People are counting on us and every detail matters
- When answering the really application questions, the most important office tool is 'Clorox Wipes'.
- The ability to fluently speak Spanish is a requirement!
