The Wholesale Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our wholesale partners, ensuring seamless collaboration with various departments such as production and shipping. This role requires a strategic and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for our products.Key Responsibilities:
Wholesale Account Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale accounts.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our wholesale customer base.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Collaboration with Production Department:
- Coordinate with the production department to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Communicate customer requirements and specifications to the production team.
- Monitor production schedules to meet wholesale partners' demands.
Shipping and Logistics Coordination:
- Work closely with the shipping department to facilitate smooth and on-time deliveries.
- Coordinate shipping logistics, including tracking and resolving any shipping-related issues.
- Provide shipping information and documentation to wholesale partners.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue from wholesale accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create promotions and marketing materials for wholesale partners.
Customer Support:
- Serve as the main point of contact for wholesale partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Provide product information, updates, and any necessary support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis and Feedback:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Gather feedback from wholesale partners and communicate insights to the product development team.
Industry Conventions and Networking:
- Represent the company at industry conventions and trade shows to network with potential and existing wholesale partners.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor activities.
Reporting and KPIs:
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the management team.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in wholesale account management, preferably in the toy industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Education and Experience:
