Finance Business Partner

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is seeking a hands-on, strategic finance leader to oversee Shared Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Support multi-entity controllers and Shared Services (tax, treasury, accounting)
• Monitor financial performance and drive profitability, cash flow, and efficiency initiatives
• Participate in M&A and strategic projects
• Build and develop a high-performing finance team
  
  

Qualifications:

• Multi-entity finance experience in manufacturing, industrial, or consumer-facing businesses
• GAAP/IFRS knowledge and ERP experience
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and strategic thinking
