Account Administrator
Job Summary
The Account Administrator will provide exceptional service to our financial advisors and clients on all investment account administrative activities. You will operate within Raymond James systems and processes and use Raymond James resources to provide excellent account service. Going above and beyond for our clients and collaborating well with your advisor team(s) and the investment department are critical for successful service. Training will be provided. This position is non-exempt and located in our Lawrence, KS office.
The Account Administrator will report to the Branch Manager.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- processing Money Movement requests including contributions and distributions.
- processing trades as requested by advisors.
- tracking Required Minimum Distributions on all advisor accounts.
- timely responses to client and advisor requests via phone call and email
- initiating and completing account transfers and rollovers.
- daily tasks involving phone calls and email requests.
- running Raymond James reporting as requested by advisors.
- maintaining client accounts.
- continued follow up on tasks not yet completed.
- all other duties as assigned or directly related to unique ability

Salary : $45,000 - $50,000
