What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Coordinator position at Keene State College?
Summary:
The Behavioral Health Improvement Institute (BHII) works shoulder to shoulder with community partners to improve behavioral health practice and outcomes for underserved populations. BHII is a go-to hub for behavioral health-related program evaluation and technical assistance in New Hampshire and beyond. BHII’s work is driven by a shared values framework: beholden to local stakeholders, dedicated to the learning needs of our partners, infused with the most relevant scholarship and data, and aimed at maximum andequitable population-level impact. BHII uses data, scholarly literature, and practice expertise to help the people who help others do it better.
We seek a self-motivated, team-oriented individual to coordinate and manage day-to-day operations of our NH MTSS-B Technical Assistance (TA) Center. The MTSS-B TA Center is a partnership between BHII and the NH Department of Education’s Office of Social and Emotional Wellness. The TA Center supports NH school districts in building system capacity for implementation of the Multi-Tiered System of Supports for Behavioral Health and Wellness (MTSS-B), a tiered prevention and school-community behavioral health integration framework that supports improved social-emotional and behavioral outcomes for students. The Center provides training, coaching, and technical assistance to NH school districts to support implementation of MTSS-B. The MTSS-B TA Center is directed by BHII Principal Investigator Megan Phillips, with data analysis and other support from additional BHII staff. Learn more about the NH MTSS-B TA Center at nhmtssb.org.
This is a full-time, benefited position with funding guaranteed through June 2025, with possible ongoing renewal. All BHII positions are contingent on external funding, with which we have experienced sustained growth for more than a decade. On-campus, hybrid, and remote work arrangements are all possible, although even the latter requires periodic regional travel.
