Compensation:$75,000 - $120,000
Responsibilities:- Show commercial properties that will be utilized for business purposes and provide financial information and analytical data to the client
- Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations
- Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market price to clients
- Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion to help ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally
- Some sense of marketing and advertising practices
- Self motivated and self sufficient
- Proven negotiating and communication skills
- Skilled in industry practices and lease language
- Real estate license
