Job Description:
- Strong empathy skills and a preference for candidates with a retail background.
- Training Window Dates 8/28/2025 – 9/12/2025
- Training Hours 9a-530p
- Training Locations Virtual
- Department Staffing Hours 8a-12a Mon - Fri; 9a-10p Sat/Sun
- Basic technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows, capable of troubleshooting application installations and configuring Windows system settings on standard desktops and laptops.
- Fundamental understanding of PC hardware, including knowledge of CPUs, monitors, and basic hardware connectivity.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software applications.
- Strong empathy skills and a preference for candidates with a retail background.
Technology Requirements:
- The workspace should be free of outside distractions.
- Cables should be routed away from any walkway to avoid slip and fall hazards.
- Minimum internet speeds of 10 Megabits download and 1 Megabit upload are required (Instructions for Speed Test attached).
- Connectivity Candidates must have a wired ethernet connection directly plugged into the internet outer. Wireless connections are not acceptable.
- -he workstation should be near a wired internet connection (a 6 feet ethernet cord will be provided).
- Candidates must have a smartphone for multi-factor authentication, a requirement for remote connectivity security.
- Only company-provided hardware should be connected to the computer.
- Candidates must be willing and able to pick up equipment from the CSC (CSC Location in Mason, OH) and set it up at home. Equipment includes: CPU, monitor, mouse, keyboard, headset, power cord, monitor adaptor cord, and a 6 ft ethernet cord.
- Candidates should be capable of working remotely with limited distractions and demonstrate a strong sense of accountability and integrity.
