As our Senior Accountant, you'll manage day-to-day accounting operations, support junior staff, and ensure compliance. From reconciling accounts to assisting with audits and analyzing intercompany fees, you'll be a key player in strengthening financial controls and performance.

What You’ll Do
As our Senior Accountant, you'll manage day-to-day accounting operations, support junior staff, and ensure compliance. From reconciling accounts to assisting with audits and analyzing intercompany fees, you'll be a key player in strengthening financial controls and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support, train, and guide junior accounting staff
- Manage and post A/R transactions and tenant payments in Yardi
- Reconcile bank statements, general ledgers, and monthly financials
- Work directly with property managers to resolve billing issues and ensure timely collections
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and industry regulations
- Process and analyze intercompany management fees
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Handle subsidy accounts and ensure accurate payment processing
- Complete other duties as assigned by leadership
- 4 years’ experience in A/R, A/P, or bookkeeping within an Accounting Department
- Real estate or property management industry experience is required (affordable and market-rate preferred)
- Experience with Yardi highly preferred will consider management software's
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (intermediate or higher)
- Excellent attention to detail and strong math skills
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively
- Competitive pay: $70,000–$75,000 per year
- Work with a respected real estate portfolio including both commercial and housing assets

- Monday–Friday schedule – 100% onsite
