A Day in the Life
The Assistant Pool Manager will oversee the entire pool operation, ensuring we provide a safe, clean, family friendly aquatic facility for members/guests to swim, play, and have fun.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Manage the overall operations of the pool facility, including staffing, scheduling, maintenance, and customer service.
· Ensure a safe and clean environment for pool guests.
· Supervise pool staff, including lifeguards and other support personnel.
· Implement pool policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
· Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
· Maintain accurate records.
· Coordinate pool parties or events held at the pool.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
