Outcomes Specialist
Full Time, Monday through Friday (standard business hours)
Covering Philadelphia and Bucks Counties
KenCrest is seeking Outcomes Specialists to support our individuals with intellectual and development disabilities (I/DD).

It is the expectation that this position will represent, advocate and pursue the dreams of the individual, making their voice the loudest heard.
As an Outcome Specialist, you are entrusted with ensuring involvement and choice of the individuals you serve as it pertains to their life decisions, advocating for their rights, overseeing the coordination of services, and offering other supports as needed to promote health, wellness, and happiness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Experience working in case management (preferred)
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable mode of transportation
- Clear criminal record and other background checks in accordance with state requirements
