Project SEARCH Skills Trainer
Full Time Mon - Fri, Flexible Schedule
Located in Phoenixville, PA
KenCrest is seeking a Project SEARCH Skills Trainer to support our Employment Program’s Project SEARCH internship rotations at Phoenixville Hospital.
Our Employment Department works to create a streamlined process to assist our consumers every step of the way as they navigate through the progression of finding and maintaining gainful employment.
As our Project SEARCH Skills Trainer, you will provide on-site support to our Project SEARCH interns at Phoenixville Hospital, collaborate with our Project SEARCH Teacher on classroom activities and goal setting, and assist interns with finding gainful employment following the completion of their rotation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field, preferred
- Have and maintain numerous business and community contacts
- Driver’s License and a clean driving record
- Experience in business or self-employment, preferred
- Preference given to candidates with ACRE and Discovery and Customized Employment certifications (otherwise, certification must be achieved in first 6 months of employment)
