CNA with Medication Aide Certification
Location: Kendal at Lexington Assisted Living
Position: Full-Time, Part-Time, and Temporary
Shift: 12-Hour Shifts, 6 AM - 6 PM
Pay: $21.00-$23.19 Based on years of experience
Kendal at Lexington Webster Center Assisted Living is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) with Medication Aide certification to join our team. We offer full-time, part-time, and temporary positions in a warm and supportive environment where you will play a key role in assisting residents with daily living activities and medication management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications to residents in accordance with their care plans and state regulations.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Maintain accurate medication administration records.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for all residents.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide holistic care.
Qualifications:
- Valid Medication Aide and CNA license in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
- Previous experience in a long-term care or assisted living setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing quality care.
