A fast-growing global sporting equipment manufacturer is expanding its North American footprint and is seeking a driven Specialty Account Manager to help lead the charge. This is an exciting opportunity to own and grow a high-impact specialty retail portfolio while deepening partnerships across key retail channels and accelerating brand visibility.
In this hybrid role, you'll take full ownership of specialty accounts from onboarding through long-term growth, building account-level business plans, sales forecasts, and promotional strategies to maximize revenue and market share. You'll manage and expand existing partnerships, develop new business, support national account initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive results.
The ideal candidate brings 5 years of national specialty retail sales experience, a strong track record of growing B2B accounts, knowledge of consumer product sales across B2B and ecommerce, and proficiency with CRM, ERP, and sales reporting tools. Strong relationship-building skills and comfort with frequent travel are essential, as this role includes regular account visits and trade event representation.
