Examinations:
Appraisal (Weight 100%): Will be conducted for the purpose of appraising the applicant's training, education, experience, interest and personal fitness for the position. Appraisal can be based on any of the following: investigation, oral examination and/or review of application.Applicants must attain at least a 70% score on each phase of the examination process. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and four (4) years' experience administering behavioral health, health services, or social services programs in a public or non-profit agency which included budget, grant, and contract management or four (4) years' experience coordinating inter-agency homelessness services or performing homelessness response activities in a public or non-profit agency.
- A master's degree in social services, Public Health, Business Administration, or Public Administration may substitute for one year of the required experience.

Following an offer of employment, you may be required to submit to post offer medical and drug screening tests at County expense.
This examination will establish an eligible list from which one (1) immediate appointment will be made to the County Administrative Office. Other permanent and temporary appointments will be made as needed. Successful candidates will remain on the eligible list for a period of twelve months, unless specified otherwise by the Civil Service Commission.
