Pay Rate : $110,000 - $130,000
KRG has partnered with a global manufacturing company in Lancaster, NY who is in need of a full-time Engineering Product Line Manager. This role is responsible for organizing and leading engineering personnel in project efforts related to bringing new products to marketplace. This includes conceptualization, design, development, and testing efforts.
Duties include :
- Directing engineering disciplines and project activities
- Participating in engineering management activities
- Developing and supporting the product strategy for the product line and coordinating with the appropriate business personnel
- Overseeing budgeting activities including resource allocation and management
- Initiating requisitions for materials, equipment, production, etc.
- Assisting in the transition of new products into production
- Providing technical responses to customer inquiries
