Responsibilities Include
- Assisting in the recruitment process, including monitoring job openings and communicating with applicants
- Assisting with on-boarding new hires, including processing new hire paperwork
- Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
- Performing other HR-related duties as needed
- Are a go getter and extremely detail oriented
- Have a proven track record of providing excellent Customer Service to both Internal and External Customers.
- Are working toward a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Possess Strong organizational and communication skills
- Enjoy working with HR software and databases
- Embody a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
