ROLE DESCRIPTION
As an intern for the Project Coordinator and Executive Administration Team, you will play a critical role in supporting the CEO’s projects with detailed administrative tasks including correspondence management (drafting, proofreading and editing emails). You will work closely with the Project Coordinator, CEO, and Executive Assistant to the CEO to ensure that our projects are successful.
The Project Coordinator intern will support the CEO’s goals and projects, especially those related to the 2024 HOPE International Golf Tournament and other HOPE International development activities in a manner that expresses our deep appreciation and gratitude held for our partners. Detailed administrative tasks including correspondence management (drafting, proofreading and editing emails) will be the primary focus of this position.

QUALIFICATIONS
Pursuing or completed degree in business, psychology, communications, marketing, or related field.
Accuracy and attention to detail is critical.
Well versed in Office Suite, especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with Asana, ChatGPT helpful but not required.
Strong ability to maintain confidentiality.

Writing:
Primary Focus: The Project Coordinator Intern will aid in the drafting, proofreading and editing of personalized communications uniform with the voice of the CEO and HOPE International. The content will consist of, but will not be limited to, invitations, thank you messages, and other follow-up activities.The Project Coordinator Intern will support the CEO’s Seven Step Thank You Strategy and other related tasks such as organizing, assembling, and sending thank you notes and gifts to donors.
Record Keeping:
The Project Coordinator will track data using Microsoft Excel.
Other Tasks and Projects:
Depending upon the interests and available time of the Project Coordinator Intern, other projects may be assigned.

OTHER DETAILS
HOURLY: $16.50 per hour; paid biweekly
SCHEDULE: flexible, up to 30 hours per week
DATES: May through August. It may be possible to continue this role beyond August 2024, upon mutual decision
WORK LOCATION: remote with availability to be in Lancaster, PA office throughout the week; schedule will be set on a weekly basis
