Kforce has a client in Wexford, PA that is seeking an Enterprise Sales Representative. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base within assigned enterprise accounts
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing relationships to generate new business opportunities
- Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand prospective clients' challenges and objectives, and position solutions effectively to address their business needs
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, marketing leaders, and IT professionals, to become a trusted advisor and partner
- Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts that align with client requirements and value proposition
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and manage the contract process to successfully close sales opportunities, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and client expectations
- Net New Customer Success Management: Collaborate with internal teams, including customer success, marketing, and product management, to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support for clients
- Sales Automation Technologies: Utilize and leverage sales automation tools and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce.com, 6Sense, Pardot, ZenDesk) to manage pipeline, track sales activities, and optimize sales processes
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in enterprise-level B2B/B2C sales, with at least 5 years of experience, preferably in the technology, SaaS, email hygiene, or data services industry
- Experience with sales automation technologies such as Salesforce.com, 6Sense, Pardot, ZenDesk, or similar platforms
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close large deals with enterprise clients
- Strong understanding of email marketing, data solutions, and digital advertising ecosystems is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and exceeding client expectations
