Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in Tualatin, WA that is seeking an experienced Learning Administrator to join their Change Management team on a 12 month contract basis. The ideal candidate will have expert-level proficiency with Cornerstone On Demand (CSOD) Learning Management System (LMS). Experience with learning administration in HealthCare or other regulated business environments is a plus.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent job experience) required
- Advanced knowledge of Cornerstone On-demand Learning Management System
- Solid SharePoint Online skills
- Proven experience in coordinating training programs or similar coordination roles
- Strong analytical skills to assess program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
- Strong communication, collaboration, and attention to detail skills
- Strong technical and organizational skills to overcome technical obstacles such as system downtimes, software bugs, and compatibility issues
