Kforce has a client seeking a Manual QA in Miami, FL (Florida). Responsibilities:
- Manual Testing: Perform initial manual functional, regression, and UAT testing on existing MVC and .NET Core applications
- Automation Strategy: Evaluate and implement testing tools that align with a .NET ecosystem
- Pipeline Management: Write and maintain YAML files to trigger automated tests within Azure DevOps build/release cycles
- Accessibility Auditing: Conduct regular accessibility audits using tools like Axe, WAVE, or screen readers (JAWS/NVDA)
- Culture Building: Mentor developers on writing testable code and advocate for "Shift Left" testing principles
- 5 years of experience in C#/.NET (MVC and .NET Core)
- Automation: Proven track record of building automated test suites from the ground up
- Azure DevOps: Strong proficiency in Azure Boards, Repos, and YAML-based Pipelines
- Compliance: Deep understanding of WCAG 2.1 and Section 508 requirements and testing methodologies
- Databases: Proficiency in SQL for backend data validation
- Experience in public sector or highly regulated environments
- Experience with API testing (RESTful services)
- Knowledge of Load and Performance testing in Azure
