Program Implementation Manager II

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client seeking a Program Implementation Manager II to join their team in Atlanta, GA. Summary: We tackle big problems, you'll drive the timely delivery of assigned strategic technology programs across different countries, delivering them all the way from Ideation to Completion. The Program Implementation Manager will work with geographically distributed teams across the world - spanning North America & Europe. We work as one team so you will assist team members to ensure program goals are achieved on time and within budget. We believe in timely and effective execution, you'll measure, track and review project delivery metrics ensuring adherence to project time, budget and resource constraints across multiple projects. Duties:

• Own issue and risk management for your program, solving problems and working to remove impediments to both the team and the overall release
• Work closely with all stakeholders at all stages of the process to obtain buy-in and progress program milestones
• Complete regular reports on program status and ensure they are of the highest quality for executive review.
• Ensure that the top level strategy and OKRS (objectives and key results) are tracked, reviewed and managed to drive real change across the organization
• Work with senior stakeholders to analyze, track and report on strategic metrics
  
  

Requirements

• Strong record of delivery and execution against strategy
• Capable of managing and switching between multiple areas and activities without losing speed
• Drive production of high quality program plans, ensures adherence to plans, reports on progress and maintain delivery schedule
• Proven ability to deliver on projects across different geographical areas
• Previous experience within Technology as a program manager
• Demonstrated ability to follow and implement program management methodologies
• Delivery to programme and project plans - cost, effort and scope
• Adherence to project management and delivery processes
• Consistent achievement of project KPIs
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
