Scrum Master

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in need of a Scrum Master in Brighton, MA. Responsibilities:

• The Scrum Master tracks, promotes, and publishes completed program initiatives, epics and business value metrics following Agile methodology
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-up, sprint planning, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives)
• Coach the team on Agile and Scrum principles and practices
• The Scrum Master manages risk and dependencies, communicates and escalates impediments to facilitate transparency, and reduces bottlenecks
  
  

Requirements

• CSM, Certified Safe Practitioner
• Proven professional Scrum master experience
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework
• Experience with large ERP systems
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
