What are the responsibilities and job description for the Strategic Finance Analyst position at Kforce Inc.?
- Strategic Finance Analyst will analyze financial and operational trends, and articulating their business impact
- Arming business leaders with data needed to make strong business decisions by helping them interpret analyses, measure progress against goals, and build investment cases
- Owning key parts of forecast model preparation, maintenance, and quality control
- As a Strategic Finance Analyst, you will collaborate with strategic finance colleagues to produce regular reviews for executive team and board of directors
- Contributing to special products such as assessing financial and strategic implications of potential new marketing investments
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance role, including experience in financial planning, business analysis, investment banking, accounting or related, with confirmed understanding of financial modeling and analysis tools
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Looker, Workday Financial Management, & Planful
- Familiarity with the e-commerce industry, digital marketing, and brand marketing
- Background in budgeting and forecasting process
- Thrives when working in a collaborative environment and is eager to learn
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
