RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Redmond, WA seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Graphic Design Specialist with a strong background in design principles, particularly in style, typography, and composition layout. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the visual quality of our AI-generated outputs, balancing creative and business priorities. Key Responsibilities:
* Utilize design principles to assess and make decisions on design quality of prompt visual outputs
* Review and edit design prompts, ensuring clarity
* Have a user empathy lens to create functional and visually appealing content
* Manage a high volume of work efficiently, maintaining quality while focusing on scale
* Quickly adapt to changes and learn new tools and techniques in a fast-paced environment
* Collaborate with other team members and design lead to integrate design feedback and improve outputs
* Embrace a growth mindset, actively seeking feedback and striving for continuous improvement
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
* 3 years of relevant design experience
* Figma, Adobe Creative Tools, PowerPoint experience
* Proven experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in style, typography, and composition layout
* Familiarity with and examples of text to image AI technology use (can be sent separately if not in portfolio)
* Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work under tight deadlines and pivot as needed
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
* Comfortable with receiving and implementing constructive feedback
* Experience with copy writing or editing for clarity and grammar is preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
