RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Producer in Redmond, WA.
Responsibilities:
* Work with Car Team leads through all stages of development to ensure milestones are delivered on time and to the highest possible quality
* Run effective meetings, noting action items and pursuing follow through to the desired level of completion
* Work closely with artists and our test team to manage day-to-day tasking, including prioritization and dependency management
* Conduct regular team rituals, including planning sessions, stand-ups, retrospectives, and bug triage
* Facilitate collaborative and effective communication between team members, while keeping the team aware of milestones deliverables and goals through all phases of development
REQUIREMENTS:
* 3-5 years of experience in a game production role
* Previous experience utilizing a suite of project management tools to successfully schedule and track work
* Working knowledge of art production and art outsourcing pipelines
* Highly effective communication skills (written and verbal) and proven ability to work across multiple disciplines and teams to achieve great results
* Desire to innovate, grow, and learn new tools, production methodologies, or trends in game production
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
